Mint Salad (Jackalope)

Yesterday, when Reanna was getting ready to dry some mint, I asked if I could use some of the leaves for a salad. She set some aside.

Reanna cut the lettuce and put dressing on the salad. It tasted great, but the texture was rough. No one else liked it.
