Being Openly Plural Authors (Reanna&)

The last thing I want is sysmeds calling us fake because my headmates want to be in stories after becoming a system. They started as characters;  they told me doing this is natural. They talk about how being in Carnival is like acting in a movie.

So, to deter sysmeds, we're going to be open about our plurality. It's going to be on my author bio. Our disclaimer on the edition notice of Carnival starts with "except for the tulpas." We're not going to let people think we're fake because we're comfortable portraying ourselves in stories.

Is it a risk? Yes, but it's one we are willing to take. As Reanna puts it, she doesn't want to spend the rest of her life pretending we're (still) characters.
